How to get the Biggorons Sword The Biggorons Sword!
(What you need: Epona, Must be adult Link)
It was once said in ancient Hylian times that the most mighty sword was born from an egg. As strange as it may sound, Link has fulfilled this ‘legend’. Read the following.
1) Link, (as an adult) receives an egg from a lady in Kakariko village, after a day, the egg hatches and a pocket cucco is the reward from this egg. Link wondered what could possibly happen with it, but after the lady said that it would feel happy if it wakes someone very lazy up. Well, it just so happens that Talon (you know that fat tub of lard that always sleeps?) is in the house with a lady that seems to always say that “...supper isn’t ready yet...” Link used the pocket cucco to wake up Talon, who prompts himself to get back to Lon Lon Ranch.
2) Link went back to the cucco lady and showed her how pleased the cucco was, the lady was nice enough to give Link the rare blue cucco, Cojiro. Cojiro would only crow for a nice guy so Link set across the world...he went to the Lost Woods where he took an immediate left upon entering. He saw an ugly man sitting near a log. Using Cojiro, Link woke up the man and after a couple words, he prompts Link to give an odd mushroom to the old hag in Kakariko village. This mushroom has no preservatives, so Link must reach the old hag in under 3:00. A strict time limit. Link mounts Epona and dashes towards the witch in the village.
3) Link gives the odd mushroom to the old lady in the potion shop, and the lady tells Link that he must deliver this odd potion to the ugly man in the forest....Link returns to the Lost Woods, to find a Kokiri girl in his place...Link was too late. The Kokirish girl forces Link to give back the odd potion because it was made of forest materials. In exchange for this, she gives Link a poachers saw. What is this used for?
4) Link was puzzled, who would need a saw? Link thought for a while, then remembered from his youth the carpenters in Kakariko village. But the carpenters weren’t there when the odd mushroom was delivered....where did they go? Link finally came across Gerudo Valley. Jumping across the Canyon with Epona, Link saw the head carpenter! He showed him the saw and the carpenter was excited beyond belief!
5)The head carpenter was so delighted, but hadn’t a reasonable gift for Link....so he gave him his broken goron’s sword. Link thought of death mountain, for that was where the goron’s lived. But the carpenter said that Biggoron made it....there were no big gorons in goron city. So Link ventured up Death Mountain...up and up to the very top...where he saw the biggest goron he had ever seen! But biggoron couldn’t fix the broken sword because of last night’s eruption...it had irritated his eyes. So biggoron handed Link a prescription...for the ingredients for eyedrops.
6) Link took the prescription to King Zora... King Zora didn’t have the actual eyedrops, but he did have the main ingredient for them. An eyeball frog. King Zora said that the frog wouldnt stay cold forever, and needed to hurry towards the lakeside laboratory. Link had to go from Zora’s domain, to Lake Hylia in less than 3:00.
7) The Lakeside scientist was so happy when Link gave him the Eyeball frog...he was about to EAT IT FOR DINNER! Link stopped him in the nick of time and told the scientist about biggoron. So the Lakeside scientist made the world’s finest eye drops. They had no preservatives, so Link would have to move fast from Lake Hylia, to the top of Death Mountain. 4:00 was his time limit!
8) Link dashed towards Death Mountain....He climbed the giant mountain and returned to biggoron....biggoron used the eye drops immediately. They worked!!
9) Biggoron told Link that he would have a reward...the most powerful sword in the world in 3 days!! So Link waited (or played the Suns Song 6 times) and the prize was his!!
10)Biggoron’s sword was so large, that it required Link to carry it with both hands! It was a sturdy blade. Link was very impressed with. 4 times stronger than the Kokiri sword of his youth, and twice as strong as the Legendary Master Sword!
